Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

Tax is not applicable.  10 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs HKD 141.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 11 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged HKD 300.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
