Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % Tax is not included.  USD 3.00 service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 20.00 per night in an extra bed.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
