Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of USD 40.00 will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

8 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  Extra beds are not available.  Baby cots are not available.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 2. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
