The Krone is a traditional, valued throughout, family-run Bregenz Forest inn, centrally located at the main village square of Hittisau. On the ground floor there is a small newspaper and tobacco shop, highly regarded, a hairdresser and a massage parlour with solarium. A ping pong table, which is in summer,, and above all, 2 bicycles and a toboggan, which is in winter, are available. The Michelin guide has praised it for its high quality at low prices.
