Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 1 to 3 years are charged 10 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing bedding.  All children from 4 to 6 years are charged 30 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All children from 7 to 10 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All children from 11 to 15 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 85 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
