Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Guests will have full access to the buffet-style restaurants and limited access to the specialty restaurants depending on length of stay.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

16 % Tax is included.  5 % service charge per room per night is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children from 0 to 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 5 to 12 years is charged USD 45.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child from 13 to 17 years is charged USD 55.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged 95 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
