The studio apartments feature a well-equipped kitchenette and a dining room, very much appreciated, a satellite TV and a large balcony with a wonderful view. Visitors appreciate the hotel is a family-run guest house on a quiet hillside area of Hévíz, valued throughout, 700 metres from the Lake Spa, with nice views over the surrounding countryside. The Fábsits family owns a sail boat on the Balaton Lake and offers tours for up to 6 people free of charge if you stay longer than 6 nights. Breakfast is served in the guest house and you can enjoy tasty Hungarian food in the family's wine tavern, and above all, about 1 km away from the boarding house. Also combined sailing and biking tours can be organized by the the hotel. Take part in wonderful bike tours around the Balaton lake on the newly paved bike paths.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 6 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged.

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

18 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 4.00 per person.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 4.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
