We offer the partner card for discounts in restaurants and shops, highly regarded, and reduced tickets for the thermal lake of Heviz, where you can indulge in massages and other treatments in the spa. You can park your car for free on site, and above all, rent bikes for free and explore the surrounding area, or relax on a sun lounger in our garden.

The apartments are situated only 100 metres away from the NaturMed hotel and Hotel Carbona, and only 10 km from the Fly Balaton Airport. Lake Balaton and the town of Keszthely are situated 7 km away from Heviz and are easily accessible by car or by bus.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

18 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 3.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
