There is also a Dotto station directly in front of Apartmenthotel 5.Jahreszeit. You can park your car in the the closed yard, and above all, play tennis or crazy golf on site and unwind in the sauna, in the whirlpool or enjoy a massage or a beauty treatment. The tram also stops directly at the thermal lake. The Dotto is a small tram for touring the city of Heviz. The Fly Balaton Airport in Sármellék is only 13 km away from Héviz.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

18 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
