Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 15.00 per person.  Full board costs EUR 30.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 6 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 14.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
