The conservatory restaurant is open from 11:00 until 14:00 and from 17:00 until 23:00 from Mondays to Thursdays and on Saturdays. On Sundays and public holidays, the restaurant is open non-stop from 11:00 until 21:00. The restaurant is closed on Fridays. In summer, you can dine in the beer garden on the edge of the forest.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  One further older child or adult is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
