Food & Beverages

In our cosy Hansa-Café we offer you a breakfast buffet each morning. Throughout the day you can enjoy a variety of speciality coffees and a large selection of cakes and gateaux. Freshly prepared snacks and small dishes are available in addition to a daily special each lunchtime.

The hotel is situated in a pedestrianised area behind the Altstadt multi-storey car park. The hotel car park is located opposite the front side of this multi-storey car park (the destination for your navigation system is "Tribenstr. 18"). The entrance has a barrier, a key for which can be obtained from hotel Reception. Please note that the route is signposted, so you can simply follow the signs to Hotel Hansa.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
