Travel information

Exit the A7 motorway at Giengen/Herbrechtingen (exit 117). After approximately 2 km, you will enter the town of Herbrechtingen via route B19. Follow the signs for the railway station and the hotel. The hotel is located opposite the railway station.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 26.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
