Start your day with a wholesome breakfast in the hotel’s cosy Wiener Kaffeehaus (Viennese coffee house). Please note that the restaurant is only available for events which include a dining service. On such evenings, the restaurant offers a 3-course menu. Kindly inform the staff in advance. The neighbouring restaurant Anna & Michel is an attractive alternative outside the regular opening hours.

If you are arriving after 18:00, please contact the hotel to let them know your estimated time of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
