Breakfast is served as follows: Monday - Friday: 07:00 - 10:00 Weekends and national holidays: 08:00 - 11:00 Please make a reservation if you wish to have breakfast.

The hotel reception is open as follows: Monday - Friday: 07:00 - 20:00 Weekends and national holidays: 08:00 - 12:00 Please contact the hotel in advance if you are arriving outside of these hours. There's no room service during the weekend.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in the business centre and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 7.90 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  All children under 3 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
