Guests are welcome to use the 24-hour fitness area free of charge. However, please note that a fee is required for use of the spa area.

Food & Beverages

The seasonal à la carte selection and gourmet menu in the Kurfürstenstube restaurant will satisfy demanding palates. If you are pressed for time, the lighter meals in the Europ Treff cafeteria are an attractive alternative. Enjoy a stimulating appetizer or evening drink in the Europa Bar. The bar staff look forward to taking your order from 06:00 until 24:00. The wood-panelled ceilings and walls, colourful table cloths and fine crystal and silver ensure maximum wellbeing and satisfaction. You will be seduced by the competent advice provided by the members of staff and the extraordinary creativity of the renowned kitchen team.

Kindly be aware that from 01 January 2010, new environmental restrictions on car emissions will be introduced into the city centre. This means that you need to display a special disc for your car, or else leave your car outside the environmental zone. Discs can be organised online.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 22.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 7 to 11 years are charged EUR 39.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 59.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
