Food & Beverages

We do not currently have any breakfast facilities, but there are many good, reasonably priced options in the nearby Famila Center shopping mall. The mall is open from 08:00 on every day except Sunday.

Please note that the hotel entrance is situated on Haberstraße beside the T-Punkt shop, not at the actual postal address of Hertzstraße 12. The reception is staffed from 08:00 until 16:00 from Monday to Friday, and from 09:00 until 12:00 on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Kindly inform the hotel in advance if you intend to arrive after 16:00 from Monday to Friday, or after 12:00 on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. For the moment there is no breakfast service in the hotel available. All guest can have breakfast in the Familia Center (shopping mall) just a minute away. It is opened from 08:00 am, but not on sunday.

Internet

Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
