By Train: Trains run regularly from London Waterloo train station directly to Hook, which is the nearest train station to the hotel. Hook train station is just 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel. The nearby train stations of Reading and Basingstoke are served by regular services from London Paddington and London Waterloo train stations.

Area information

The hotel is conveniently located between the major towns of Reading and Basingstoke, both of which are approximately 15 minutes’ drive away. The hotel’s convenient location means it has excellent access to the region’s main roads and the close proximity to the M3 and M4 motorways makes it a convenient base from which to explore the region.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
