Food & Beverages

The Rooftop Restaurant serves breakfast to residents daily, from 07:00 to 09:00, Monday to Friday, and from 08:00 to 09:30 at weekends. Please note that the Rooftop Restaurant is closed in the evenings.

Please bear in mind that the Hillcarter Hotel operates 2 nightclubs during the weekend. These are open until 04:00 on Friday and Saturday nights and noise disturbance will be heard until this time.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site.  Public parking is possible at a location nearby and charges are applicable. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
