All rooms and suites have king-size beds or twin beds to suit your needs. Please state your preference on booking. There are interconnecting rooms for families and purpose-built disabled rooms on the ground floor. A limited number of rooms are smoking and these are only available on request only and are subject to availability.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be taken in the hotel's Lan-Francs restaurant. This attractive air-conditioned restaurant is open 7 days a week to both residents and non-residents. It serves international and French cuisine. Relax with a drink in the Lounge Bar and Conservatory.

Check-in is at the Harrow Hotel, which is located on the same site. A limited number of rooms are smoking (on request only and subject to availability).

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 5.00 per hour.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast costs GBP 12.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
