Privately owned and run, valued throughout, this bed and breakfast is situated directly opposite the International Centre, Conference Centre and Exhibition Centre. The town centre is just a few minutes walk away, highly regarded, where there are many good restaurants, shops and pubs. There is a large floodlit car park to the rear of the guest house. Harrogate is a town with many immaculate gardens, valued throughout, and the newly re-furbished Turkish baths, Royal Hall and swimming pool.

Hotel details

The Azalea Court offers budget guest accommodation located in the centre of Harrogate, across the road from Harrogate International Centre. You can expect to stay in a clean, comfortable house with friendly staff and a good breakfast. There is an intercom reception with immediate answer. Staff will attend to guests upon check-in and check-out and for any queries within 5 minutes of ringing throughout office hours. The owner resides in the sister guest house, which just a few feet away, and is available via the intercom at all other times. This system is reflected in the price of the accommodation, which is very reasonable by Harrogate standards. With a 4-star sister hotel around the corner, the Azalea Court will always endeavour to upgrade guests during quiet periods at no extra cost.

Reception staff are available during the day via the intercom system and will always be there within 5-minutes of ringing. Full payment is required on check-in. Please note that there will be no breakfast available on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Years Day.

Travel information

By Car From York: - Proceed along the A6460 and at the main roundabout, turn onto the A59 Skipton Road. - Proceed, and take the 5th left onto Kings Road. - Thereafter, proceed straight ahead, past the traffic lights, and the Azalea Court is 100 yards on the left. From Leeds: - Come into Harrogate on the A61, and at the main roundabout turn right onto the A6040. - Proceed to the next roundabout, and turn left onto the A59. - Proceed, and take the 5th left onto Kings Road. - Continue as above. The hotel can send a map by post or email, on request.

Area information

Azalea Court is situated a few minutes' walk from the town centre. Also located a short walk away are the beautiful Valley Gardens of Harrogate, the famous Pump Room Museum and the marvellous Betty's Tea Rooms. There is a very varied selection of bars and excellent restaurants, and a bustling night life. Harrogate is also very close to the picturesque city of York and the busy city of Leeds. There is a regular bus and train service to both these cities, so there really is something for everyone.
