The Roydon Mill Estate has a function room for conferences, weddings and exhibitions.

Guests must check out no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. If you require breakfast please book on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs GBP 8.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
