Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 12 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 6.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
