Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is partially refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 6.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Baby cots are not available.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
