Rooms

The CONZEPTplus offers fully equipped private apartments and private rooms within convenient reach of the Messe (exhibition centre). This accommodation consists of rooms and/or apartments used by the owner, and which are let out to the guest for the period of stay. If you choose an apartment, they are fully equipped with a range of modern amenities, including a kitchen complete with kitchen appliances, as well as a bathroom of your own. If you choose a room, the room will be in someone's private home with a shared bathroom. The pictures shown are just an example of the accommodation on offer. All properties are of equal quality and comfort.

Hotel details

The address of your accommodation will be indicated in the e-mail confirmation of your booking. Lutherstraße 12, 30171 Hannover is only the office address, and not the address of your accommodation. The keys will be handed over directly by your landlord.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 6.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
