The accommodation is in a calm residental area of Hanover, enjoying international flair.

Travel information

We are located closed to the main ‘Messe-Nord’ building of the Hanover exhibition centre. On the road leading to the exhibition centre, take the Mittelfeld/Bemerode/Wülfel exit and head towards Würfel-Mittelfeld. Go via Garkenberger Straße, and after the first set of traffic lights, take the second street to your left. This is the Gleiwitzer Straße. Proceed 100 metres along this street and you will come to the apartment house, situated between the kiosk and the driving school.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
