Hotel details

Guests arriving after 23:00 (after 13:00 on Sundays) are kindly asked to contact the hotel beforehand in order to complete an electronic check-in. If arriving by car, find the hotel easily by entering the key word Gruepchen into your satellite navigation system.

Internet

Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.  Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 8.00 per day.  Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 12.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 4 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
