Mr Jiang Jie Zhang, Head Chef, welcomes you to: C Straits Cafe - Located on the ground floor opposite Le Rendez Vous cigar bar, this cafe offers a wide selection of Western à la carte and buffet dishes, as well as Japanese Teppanyaki rooms. Advantage Plus discount not applicable at this restaurant. Yong Jin Ge Chinese Restaurant - Located on the 6th floor, with superb views of West Lake including 19 private rooms for entertainment, and offering the finest Hangzhou and Cantonese cuisine. Le Rendez Vous Cigar Bar - Comfortable setting for coffee, quality teas, imported wines, cocktails and a fine selection of cigars. Enjoy our string musicians every evening except Sundays.

Rates quoted are in USD on our website. Upon check out at the hotel, charges will be in CNY and exchange rate from USD to CNY will be the daily exchange rate. Please note that in case you are settling your hotel bill in local currency or by credit card there might be a difference in the room rate due to the currency exchange rate changes.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  15 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs USD 22.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
