In a quiet residential area, valued throughout, close to the centre of Kingston upon Thames and Hampton Wick Railway Station, this small hotel is rich in character with free Wi-Fi and free overnight parking. The main building dates back to 1870 and all of the en suite rooms are individual with their own unique charm. London’s West End is just a 23-minute train ride away and Kew Gardens and Wimbledon are also within easy reach. All the rooms have TVs, very much appreciated, ironing facilities, electric fans, and tea/coffee making facilities. The rooms are traditionally decorated and styled with quality fabrics and bedding. Free overnight parking is available outside Chase Lodge Hotel or from 16:00 to 10:00 in a small car park just metres away. Most rooms overlook quiet residential streets. Daily parking is with residents' permits, valued throughout, which are available from reception.

Hotel details

Pets are welcome and there is no additional charge for well-behaved pets. Rooms with easy access to the street are available and the Chase Lodge is just 5 minutes’ walk from historic Bushy Park, Home Park and the River Thames. Chase Lodge does not have full access for disabled guests and wheelchair users, but it can accommodate guests with mobility problems, as there are several ground-floor rooms available. There is no lift. Please mention when booking if you have any special requirements.

Food & Beverages

A continental breakfast is available every morning and includes fresh fruit and yoghurt. The Chase Lodge Hotel is within a minute's walk of a number of good restaurants, some of which offer a discount for hotel guests. Kingston Bridge is just a short walk away and on the other side of the river are a number of excellent restaurants, including Frere Jacques Brasserie and Carluccio's, owned by renowned Italian restaurateur Antonio Carluccio.

In a quiet, residential street, the Chase Lodge Hotel has a convenient location with good access to the area’s transport network. Town Centre in a quiet residential street. We are close to Hampton Court Palace and Bushy Park. Richmond upon Thames and Shepperton Studios are within easy reach. There are two direct buses running regularly from and to London Heathrow Airport.

Cancellation Policy

Please note, if cancelled, the total price of the reservation will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 2 to 15 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
