Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged NZD 20.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged NZD 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
