Hamilton offers a multitude of restaurants and cafes to suit a wide and diverse range of tastes and budgets. It has an excellent reputation for local and international cuisine and is the home of internationally renowned chefs. We have arranged a charge back facility at selected local establishments located within close proximity of your apartment.

Please note that late arrivals have to refer to the notice at the reception door upon arrival.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs NZD 15.00 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs NZD 10.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged NZD 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged NZD 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
