Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please note: The hotel pool will be closed for renovations until September 30, 2009.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs CAD 9.95 per 24 hours.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 15.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 25.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
