Food & Beverages

Every day, you can help yourself to a delicious breakfast buffet from 08:00 until 10:00 (for an additional fee). Look forward to juicy fruit, wholesome muesli, homemade jams, and fresh croissants and rolls. As you enjoy your breakfast, admire the wonderful views over Hamburg's rooftops. In summer, you can have breakfast on the charming sunny terrace. Please book breakfast in advance. The Stadtpark café is a shared dining room where guests are free to cater for themselves. The modern kitchenette offers a tea and coffee machine, microwave, and fridge.

Please note that the reception is open from 08:00 until 20:00 throughout the week. Check-in is only possible during the reception's regular opening times. Only the suites and apartments can accommodate 1 extra bed or 1 cot.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 7.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for cots.  All children under 12 years are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
