Spread across 6 floors, the B&B Hotel’s en suite rooms offer comfy beds, soundproofed windows, a spacious desk and free Wi-Fi internet access. The family rooms include a bunk bed.

Hotel details

The B&B Hotel Hamburg-Altona is part of the Kühnehöfe, which was formerly the site of the Carl Kühne KG company’s 35,000 m² factory. It is presently a combination of workspaces and loft apartments.

Food & Beverages

The hotel’s all-you-can-eat buffet is served from 06:00 until 10:00 during the week. At the weekend and on public holidays, breakfast is available from 06:00 until 10:30.

The B&B Hotel’s reception is open 24 hours a day. Guests who would prefer to use the hotel’s automated check-in machine should call the hotel prior to arrival to receive a personal check-in number. Please note that the check-in number and your reservation number are not the same. Contact details will be included in your confirmation e-mail. Payment is due upon arrival.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 6.90 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Baby cots are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
