Food & Beverages

The hotel serves a breakfast buffet once a minimum occupancy of 5 guests has been reached. Breakfast is available from 06:00 until 10:00 on weekdays and from 09:00 until 11:00 at weekends and on public holidays.

If you intend to arrive on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, please call the hotel one day in advance. If you expect to arrive outside the hotel’s normal opening hours, please inform the hotel in advance. Reception can be reached by telephone up until 21:00. Check-in is possible before 15:00 subject to prior arrangement.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 12 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 12 to 16 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
