Dating from 1875, the quietly located hotel features a charming stucco façade and an architectural style which reflects Germany’s Gründerzeit period (the late 19th century). The rear of the building opens onto a beautiful garden, providing views of a 100-year-old chestnut tree. The apartments cooperate with the nearby Grand Elyseé Hotel (100 metres away), where you can use the extensive spa facilities, for free for a maximum of 2 people and enjoy breakfast and use the underground car park for an extra charge.

Nearby Pöseldorf has a lot of restaurants to explore, serving various cuisine, as well as a thriving bar scene and a cinema complex. There is also the music hall, the opera house and the river nearby to keep you entertained in the evenings. Do not miss the great shopping opportunities as well as the Gänsemarkt (market) and the weekly market Am Turmweg. In the nearby streets around your apartment you will also find tennis facilities, exhibition halls and schools. Rotherbaum is a district of Harvestehude and is one of the oldest and prettiest central districts of Hamburg. Go for a walk through the quarter to admire the beautiful period buildings with their impressive stucco and Art Nouveau-style architecture. The Hamburg exhibition grounds, the city centre, the CCH and the Alster lake are all just a few minutes away by foot.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 19.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
