Area information

The Zimmerstraße stop for the no. 6 bus is directly opposite the hotel, and this takes you right into the heart of the city or to the main railway station. This brings you close to the theatres and entertainment spots in Hamburg, as well as to the renowned shopping arcades and the Mönckebergstraße. The Mundsberg underground station is approximately a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Here you will find the Hamburger Straße, the biggest shopping centre in Hamburg. Right next to the hotel are many fine shops, bars, cafes and some of the city’s best restaurants. The airport is only a 15-minute taxi journey away. The hotel is also a 3-minute stroll from the Außenalster lake and the Uhlenhorster Fährhaus docking station, from where you can cross the Alster lake on one of the traditional steamboats.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
