Hotel details

There are 4 public parking lots (P1 to P4). Payment is due there, not at the hotel. Parking spaces cannot be reserved. You can enter the village to unload your luggage. A free ticket is available at the barrier by the souvenir shop. After unload your luggage, you have to park at one of the parking lots. P1 is about a 2-minute walk from the hotel, the others are a 5- to 10-minute walk away.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 10.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.35 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Dinner costs EUR 15.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 80.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
