The Redwood Grill is located on-site and offers a diverse menu, including pastas, steaks, and appetizers. Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurant.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  2 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs CAD 6.99 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 10.00 per night in an extra bed.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
