In 2009, the hotel will provide two free shuttle service. One travels from the hotel to East Railway Station while the other travels to Garden Hotel. Both service starts at 08:00 and departs every two hours. During the 2009 Canton Fair period, the hotel will provide free shuttle service from the hotel to Pazhou Exhibition Center. Rates on our website are quoted in USD. Upon checking out of the hotel, guests will be charge in CNY and the exchange rate from USD to CNY will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate. Please note that in case you are settling your hotel bill in local currency or by credit card, there might be difference in the room rate due to the currency exchange rate change.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged USD 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
