Rates on our website are quoted in USD. Upon checking out of the hotel, guests will be charged in CNY and the exchange rate from USD to CNY will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate. Please note that in case you are settling your hotel bill in local currency or by credit card, there might be a difference in the room rate due to the currency exchange rate changes. *The hotel is providing a free 2-way shuttle bus service to Pazhou Complex during The Canton Trade Fair, October/November 2009. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes. Also during the trade fair, complimentary pick-up from Guangzhou eastern railway station is provided(please provide the train number in advance).

Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  15 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged USD 39.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
