El Ruedo restaurant offers a variety of international cuisine along with many Mexican specialties. El Encierro Bar features specialty cocktails and beverages as well as live music.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

17 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs USD 8.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 9.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
