The hotel serves an excellent breakfast buffet with products from its own organic farm, excellent wines from Burgenland and locally-produced, award-winning schnapps.

Internet via TV is available in some hotel rooms and charges are applicable.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 70 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

10 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 3 to 9 years are charged 30 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  All children from 10 to 14 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
