Area information

The premises lies only 30 minutes by car from Berlin’s city centre. It also lies 30 minutes from the Spreewald forest and the Tropical Islands resort. There are good train connections from Berlin to Cottbuss that serve the nearby train station.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 7.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 2 to 11 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
