Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.75 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 12.00 per person.  Breakfast is free of charge for children up to 7 years.  Breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per child under 14 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
