Opening Hours: Please note that the Residence is open from 7:30am to 12:30pm and from 1:30pm to 7:00pm from Monday to Friday. On Saturday, it is open from 9:00am to 11:00am and from 3:00pm to 6:00pm. Caution! The Reception is closed on Sundays and on bank holidays. Late Arrivals: If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the hotel in order to obtain the access code. Housekeeping: Please note that the rooms are cleaned once a week. Breakfast: Please note that no breakfast will be served on Sunday morning and bank holidays. Internet Access: Please note that the LAN Cable can be rented for free from the reception desk with a 10-Euro deposit.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 8.00 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
