This house offers a range of single rooms, double rooms and family rooms for parents and up to 3 children. All rooms and apartments feature modern furnishings, and some offer a kitchenette. All 3 floors are easily accessible by lift.

Hotel details

There are 3 conference rooms named after the German Baltic Sea islands of Rügen, Usedom and Hiddensee. The state-of-the-art facilities seat up to a total of 120 guests or delegates, and provide a pleasant venue for any functions you are planning to hold.

Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 18.50 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
