Please note that rooms are only kept until 18:00 on the day of arrival. Bookings cancelled up to 30 days after confirmation are subject to an additional service charge. Extra charges apply for check-ins before 14:00, after 21:00 on weekdays and 16:00 on weekends. There is also a late fee for arrivals later than 00:00.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs ZAR 50.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of ZAR 500.00 will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  1.00 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
