If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
