All of the hotel’s charming, individually decorated rooms are comfortable and well equipped, with all the modern comforts and facilities you need in a restful, relaxing base. Each room has a flat-screen TV and comes with bottled mineral water. Room service is available 24 hours a day for drinks and light refreshments and tea trays are available on request.

For the enjoyment of all its guests, the hotel has log fires, complimentary Wi-Fi and a heated indoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi. The hotel also hosts spacious meeting facilities and is licensed for civil marriages.

Food & Beverages

A 4-course dinner is served in the award-winning Prelude restaurant from 19:00, followed by coffee in the lounge area. 2 and 3-course lunches are served daily from 12:30 to 14:00. The Prelude restaurant boasts 2 Rosettes. The Dove and Olive Bistro serves traditional beers, good wines and a range of coffees and tasty meals in a cosy and casual ambiance, and is open daily from 11:00 - 14:00 and 18:00 - 21:00.

A request for a double or twin room must be made at the time of booking. Requests cannot be guaranteed.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 100.00 will be charged.  If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of GBP 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast costs GBP 15.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
